INITIAL INQUIRY

Thank you for inquiring about SK Pet Concierge! After filling out the consultation request, we will email you a new client form within 24 hours and set up a time and date for a 15 minute discovery call. This form will provide us with what kind of services you are looking for (one time, repeating) and general questions about your pet (age, name, daily schedule, health, etc).

DISCOVERY CALL

The 15 minute discovery call is when our relationship really begins. We feel like it has been the best to get to know you and your pets before the meet and greet. This allows us to go over the new client form that was filled out after the initial inquiry and answer any questions. We are also better able to answer questions about what service could be best for your pet.

MEET & GREET

Meet and greets are required for new clients. They are also included with the booking and typically last from 10 - 20 minutes. They are done in your home and are to ensure that we can meet you and your pets. The most important part is to see where food, water, litter, and leashes are. Meet and greets are scheduled during the discovery call.

CONCIERGE CARE

Once the booking is complete and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation in the days leading up to the booking. During the time of service, you will receive text updates and pictures. Pictures include proof of food and water, playtime, and maps of walks. They are taken for you to save them. The amount and timing of updates varies for each service. You are able to leave your pets whether it is to go to work, see family, or go on vacation with peace of mind that they are taken care of.

ONGOING CARE

After your first booking, we hope everything went well! Our goal is to create a thoughtful, stress free experience from the beginning, for you and your pets. When you are ready to rebook, we remember all of the details and all you have to do is let us know your requested dates.
